Thanksgiving Feast
Jordan's class had a Thanksgiving Feast. They prepared for weeks - making I Am Grateful For placemats, bead necklaces, brown paper bag vests, etc. Everybody brought a dish and it really was a feast. Sadly, one of our chickens was eaten 2 nights before by a raccoon so we used one of her feathers in Jordan's hair (although she took it off by meal time.)

Jennifer & Elise visit!
Elliot & Jordan made cards for Jennifer & Elise while they waited anxiously for them to wake up. (The night before, Jordan fell asleep in the car on the way to the airport; Elliot fell asleep minutes after we picked them up. Elise did not fall asleep.) Jordan's card was a picture; Elliot's was a note with money taped to it.

Jordan & Elise really developed a sweet bond. In addition to having fun together, they seemed to love each other and were very physical together. Here they are holding hands at dinner.
Shrinky dinks. Elliot was done pretty fast but Jordan & Elise spent a looong time on these.
