The fireplace just has a magical effect on the kids (and us.) So every chilly, windy night this Spring, we've build a fire. The camera flash makes the room look dark but Elliot & Jordan insist on total darkness when there's a fire. Elliot said the fire light was too bright and put on my hilariously large sunglasses so of course, Jordan got hers.
